How can I send artwork to you?
First e-mail artwork
to tensionrelieversart@yahoo.com
Preferred format is Corel DRAW 8, adobe
illustrator 8 (for pc), or
eps version 8 format, tiff, gif, or pdf. 
Also FAX:
3 to 5 times actual size. Our fax number is: (415)
388-5182.
This allows us to quickly review your
art and comment on it before you e-mail your final art.
If you don't hear back from us within
a day or two, we suggest you follow up with a phone call, as we
receive a lot of spam, and our filters might have prevented your
mail from coming through..
What
kind of artwork goes on a PromoBall?
PromoBall gives you huge flexibility in creating a custom marketing
tool. You can either create the artwork to put
on the ball yourself and send it to us, or you can tell us what text
you want on the ball and how you want it to look. We'll work with
you to create just the look you want!
How do I
know the art I send will look good on a PromoBall?
Upon receipt of artwork, our graphic experts will work with your
text, logo, and images; integrating them in several layouts for
your approval. We will of course make every effort to maintain your
specific layout requests. While black ink generally makes for the
clearest sharpest imprint on all ball colors, several attractive
ink colors are available. Contact us for pricing on multicolor imprints.
PromoBall
has a spherical and tightly celled porous surface. Therefore artwork
must often be adjusted to create a legible and accurate imprint
that makes the best use of the 1.5 inch diameter printing area.
Artwork usually needs to be curved slightly to prevent distortions
on the ball's surface. This alteration will create the normal image
during production.
